In its heyday, the iconic Solana property played corporate headquarters to many top-tier brands. Over time, financial hardships and increased vacancies left the brand dilapidated. I led the strategic messaging component of Solana’s total brand overhaul. The new brand needed an everyday voice—with a hint of sophistication. We developed an engaging tagline and cohesive naming system for the business park’s three campuses. Then, we bottled the property’s country-corporate vibe in a fresh website, brochure and a series of print ads featured in D Magazine.
